Welcome to Family Crisis & Counseling Center, Inc.

Family Crisis and Counseling began in May 1992 as Women & Children in Crisis. The name of our agency was changed in May 2010 to Family Crisis & Counseling Center, Inc. Presently, we are the only domestic/sexual violence and stalking agency in the 15th judicial district.

Family Crisis and Counseling merged with Turning Point Alcohol & Drug Center (an out patient Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center that has been in exisistence for 40 years) in May 2008. FCC is a member of the Bartlesville Regional United Way.

FCC receives funding from the Oklahoma Deparment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, The Oklahoma Office of Attorney General, Federal Grants, the Bartlesville Regional United Way, Fundraisers and Donations.

FCC’s mission statement for the domestic/sexual and stalking division is to reduce and eliminate violence in family and similar relationships through intervention and prevention by providing safe shelter, counseling, education, advocacy, and changing society’s attitudes and systems which permit and promote violence.

FCC’s mission statement for the alcohol and drug division (aka Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Center) is to restore the lives of those with substance abuse/dependency issues and their families to become healthy, productive members of the community.
